Before you choose
How do I choose a curtain for my room?
Begin with your window measurements, the installed rod or track, your preferred hanging length and the room palette. Compare those requirements with the details listed for the specific item.
Are the room images photographs of the actual product?
Images identified as AI-generated design illustrations show a styling concept. They do not verify physical dimensions, material, included panels or performance. Props and hardware are not included unless expressly listed.
Are all curtains blackout or machine washable?
No universal blackout, thermal or washability claim is made. Use only the item-specific information and supplied care label. Contact us if a necessary specification is missing.
Orders & delivery
Where do you ship?
The store is set up for United States deliveries and USD pricing. Eligible shipping options appear at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited is $7.99 where available.
How long does standard delivery take?
Preparation takes 5-10 business days after confirmation, subject to required information. Carrier transit takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The combined planning window is 15-25 business days; delays may affect estimates.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email us promptly. We check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch and confirm the result. Sending a request alone does not guarantee a change.
After arrival
How do returns work?
Request a return by email within 30 days of receipt. Wait for instructions before sending the item. Buyer-paid change-of-mind returns go to the company address in China. See the Return Policy for full conditions and defect remedies.
When is a refund processed?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank posting can take additional time.
