What to include in your message

• For an existing order: provide the order number, checkout email and a short description of the issue.
• For a product question: include the product name or link and identify the exact detail you want clarified.
• For address corrections: contact us promptly and provide the order number. Changes depend on the current preparation stage.
• For a damaged or incorrect item: keep the item, packaging and available photographs while waiting for instructions.
• For a return request: include the order number, item concerned and reason for the request. Wait for authorization and directions before sending anything.

Clear information at the beginning helps us understand the request without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Product and room questions

Dulmerin product imagery may include AI-generated design illustrations. These scenes communicate color and styling ideas, but they do not confirm measurements, composition, included quantity, light-control performance or hardware compatibility. Use the details shown on the individual product page as the basis for your decision.

If a product detail that matters to your room is not listed, send us the product link and your question before ordering. For choosing help, it is useful to describe the wall color, nearby furnishings and the visual effect you want from the window. Our support team can point you toward the information and guides available on the store, but final measuring and installation decisions remain specific to your space and mounting surface.

Measuring and installation preparation

Before contacting us about size, measure the usable installed rod or track, the intended drop from the relevant attachment point and the clearance around doors, handles, furniture, radiators or heaters. Also consider the space required for the fabric when the curtain is opened.

Orders, changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to request an address correction or cancellation. We will check the order’s processing stage, but a request does not guarantee that a change can still be made. Once preparation or dispatch has progressed, the available options may be limited.

Preparation and carrier transport are separate stages. Standard planning uses a 5–10 business day preparation window after order and payment confirmation, subject to any information needed, followed by a 10–15 business day standard carrier transport window after dispatch. Returns and order issues

Return requests should be made within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first and wait for instructions before sending an item. An unapproved parcel may not be identifiable or processed correctly. The company address shown below is the return correspondence address, but the correct return procedure must be confirmed for the specific request.

If an item arrives damaged or appears different from what was ordered, retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the item, outer parcel and shipping label where possible.
