Effective October 12, 2026. These Terms apply to the Dulmerin website operated by Chengdu Jinyahui Technology Co., Ltd. Placing an order means you agree to the terms presented at checkout, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Using the website
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Do not interfere with site security, misuse another person's account or submit malicious content. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Product information & imagery
Read the specific item listing and selected options before ordering. Illustrative or AI-generated room scenes are identified as such; they are design illustrations and are not evidence of tested physical specifications. Room props, furniture and fittings are not included unless the listing expressly says so. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived color. No unlisted dimension, material, panel quantity, mounting compatibility or performance certification is promised.
Prices, payments & order acceptance
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable shipping fees and taxes are shown before you submit payment. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not by itself confirm dispatch. If we discover a material listing or pricing error, cannot supply an item or need additional order information, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We do not charge undisclosed optional fees.
Delivery, changes & returns
Our Shipping Policy separates preparation from transit. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day return request window. Request order changes promptly; acceptance depends on the processing stage. Delay notices and any cancellation/refund rights required by law remain available.
Installation & safety
Use suitable hardware and follow the supplied item and hardware instructions. Confirm measurements, supports and clearances before installation. Keep loose fabric, ties and any cords away from children and pets, heaters, candles and moving mechanisms. Do not treat a curtain as a safety barrier or a support.

Website branding and original content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party sites linked from this store operate under their own terms. A link does not imply that we control the other site. Shopify and payment providers support store services under their own applicable terms.
Privacy & communications
See our Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices. Order communications are necessary to service your purchase. Promotional subscriptions can be withdrawn using the email unsubscribe option.
